A service that enables the client to appeal the decision taken by the department which refuses to register the trademark or suspends it on a condition.

- Dear Beneficiary, In its ongoing efforts to develop its systems and provide the best possible services, the Authority is pleased to announce the launch of the Unified Intellectual Property Platform. This platform will handle all procedures stipulated by law for trademark registrations filed from December 19, 2023, onwards, via the following link: https://eservices.saip.gov.sa/. We are also happy to inform you that we will continue to serve all trademarks registered before December 19, 2023, and you can access all related services through the following link: https://tm.saip.gov.sa/

- 1- Login to the SAIP website, select Services, and click on Trademark Service.

- 2- Login to the Trademark Portal.
3.
- 3- Login to the Service Platform via the One National Access/e-mail.
4.
- 4- Submit and send the appeal application, provided that the trademark is valid within the legal period of appeal.
5.
- 5- Study the request and issue a decision from the committee.
